Clients are responsible for the reimbursement costs of products of organizational supplies for the
exact amount and will receive a receipt detailing the cost.

non-refundable.

Payment is due prior
to initiation of services.
Deposit: A $45 deposit is required when booking intake assessment.
Fee applies to service if booked within 15 days.
